AVL / Resource Tracker
The Resource & Asset Tracker is a live operating picture of your response fleet — who's where, in what status, and how fresh each fix is. The watch board reads the fleet's vital signs — online, available, en route, on scene, out of service and average fix age — with an availability gauge and an exception banner that surfaces the stale, out-of-service and low-battery units. Click an incident — a live weather alert or wildfire — and the closest available units rank by distance, the map flies in to frame them, and the winner is flagged and spoked. Every vital and every resource type cross-filters the whole board at once, and the shift situation report writes itself. It reads a published live AVL layer and runs on Strata or ArcGIS, on your servers; positions and responder PII never leave the jurisdiction. This demo runs on live California feeds, with a clearly-labeled synthetic fleet as the populated default because no open feed is both live-moving and dense.
