Common Operating Picture
The Common Operating Picture is one live, sovereign map for a watch centre or EOC. Select an incident and its picture assembles itself — perimeter, damage, shelters, evacuation zones, road closures and cameras — each layer carrying a live freshness badge so you know exactly how current it is. It reads directly from authoritative open feeds (USGS earthquakes, NWS active alerts) and your own ArcGIS services, turns the result into a briefing that writes itself, and lets you publish that picture to everyone. This demo is wired to a California wildfire pack; swap in your own local data with the AI-guided recipe.
