Hazard & Impact-Zone Analyzer
The Hazard & Impact-Zone Analyzer answers the first question an emergency operations centre asks when a footprint appears: who and what is inside it? Draw the hazard area, buffer a point, import a boundary, or tap a live flood or fire service, and the exposure recomputes in place — people weighted by social vulnerability, hospitals, schools, shelters, fire/EMS/police, road-kilometres and structures — grouped by CISA sector, with an exception banner that surfaces the worst first. It runs the same buffer/intersect summarize-within analysis the incumbents run, but live and cross-widget, on your own servers with no data leaving the building, for any peril. This demo is wired to live California data (Cal OES, CAL FIRE, Caltrans); population is a labelled estimate until you connect a keyed Census/SVI source, and the 44 CFR 201 impact packet writes itself.
