What this is not
This is not the AB 3098 List. It renders the ABLIST flag
carried on the state mine register. The Division of Mine Reclamation republishes the List at
least quarterly in the California Regulatory Notice Register, and that published List governs.
The register publishes points, not permit boundaries, and DMR does not guarantee
operator-reported coordinates — so no boundary is drawn anywhere in this app.
