Airports & Aviation answers the question everyone near an airport asks and almost nobody can answer on a map: how tall can I build here? Drop a pin and type a height, and a vertical ladder stacks every governing ceiling on one feet-MSL axis — the notice and obstruction criteria, the horizontal and conical surfaces, the advisory drone ceiling and the tallest structure already standing nearby — naming the one that binds and reporting the margin in feet, with the local land-use referral answered in the same click. It never says "approved": every verdict prints its formula, its three inputs and their sources, and exports as a screening packet. This demo runs on live, verified FAA, USGS and Caltrans data for California; point it at your own airports and zones with the AI-guided recipe.
