The incumbents each own one column and own it well — ArcGIS Indoors draws the room, AssetWorks reports managing over a billion square feet, FUSION holds 90 million square feet of California community-college facilities and is where the five-year plan is filed. None puts the columns side by side against their published lines, on a map, with the arithmetic visible.
Most markets hide the scoring engine, because the engine is the product. California prints it.
Twenty assignable square feet per station. Fifty-three hours of a seventy-hour week. Sixty-six per cent of the seats filled. That is the whole entitlement.
We can show the arithmetic because there is nothing proprietary inside it. It is a regulation. Opening it is the feature.
Load is computed from scheduled hours, not from enrolment or ambition. So a category nobody books generates almost no load — and computes as a surplus.
Same campus, same afternoon. The category being used properly reads as short. The category being wasted reads as spare.
Classrooms at 52.0 hrs/wk and 70.3 % full — both past their lines — produce a deficit. Laboratories at 21.5 hrs and 77.3 % — both short — produce an apparent surplus.
This is a property of the formula, not of our demo. The test suite pins it so a future change cannot quietly break the lesson.
Nothing about the campus changed. A document date did. So the standard in force and its vintage sit in the header, on every screen, and on every exported exhibit.
2010 figures are derived from the stated uplifts, not transcribed — and the app says so.
Shape__Area is an outline in State Plane feet. A three-storey building is understated threefold, and assignable area excludes corridors, stairs and restrooms anyway. There is no code path from geometry to ASF — the suite asserts its absence.
Their columns are Loc_name · Match_addr · Score · Rank. Somebody published a locate result and it sits in the state catalogue looking authoritative. Bind the Department of Education's register, keyed on CDS code.
On the one campus with published footprints: six features carry no id and seven ids repeat. Treat it as a primary key and you silently drop or double-count buildings.
The federal campus-safety collection is a session-driven download — 404 on every feed path we probed. An app rendering live campus crime is fiction. Import a CSV once a year and say so.
Two more worth knowing: the state's 100-year floodplain service publishes one layer and its id is 4, not 0 — and the campus database spells its open-space class two different ways, so an = filter silently misses half of them.
One rung per threshold, all drawn the same way: value, bar, a fixed line marker, a signed distance. Click one and the map repaints, the ledger narrows, the movers re-rank.
The statute's own arithmetic with your numbers substituted, line by line, so the result can be checked rather than trusted.
Pin a building and the ratio recomputes as if you lost it: capacity goes, load stays — losing a building does not lose the students.
Change campus and the rooms, schedule, condition data and term clear. Before that fix the rack reported one campus's 24,400 ASF under another campus's name — not blank, wrong and confident about it. Every other campus generates a demo over its own buildings.
The four Clery categories, seeded from the campus database and confirmed one property at a time. Every row reads suggested until a human signs it, because a land-ownership class is not a Clery determination. Exports as the ASR geography appendix.
Every abbreviation carries a definition and its section — 42 of them. Six panes resize. Dark by default for the console; light for the board packet, which is what every exhibit prints as. Keyless basemaps, EPSG:4326, 233 live-data assertions.

The utilisation rungs read scheduled hours. Scheduled is not occupied — which is why the industry's own peak-utilisation figure sits near 40 %.
It produces the exhibit and the CSV. The district still files through FUSION.
