Pipeline Integrity Evidence Pack
A 49 CFR §195.452 evidence pack on the pipeline's own milepost axis. Every band is painted by the state of the evidence, not by a value — answered, looked and found nothing, or never looked — each cell carrying the service, query and timestamp behind it. Three of its fourteen lines are public; the rest say so, with their citation. Where the centerline is discontinuous it breaks its ruler rather than invent a station. Runs on Strata or ArcGIS.
