The supervisors prescribe no hotspot convention for AML, and a count map of financial crime is a population map with a crime label — so this app draws no raw-count hotspot anywhere. It is a rate queue instead: alerts as the protagonist, a map that serves them, and a rate card against a stated exposure denominator with the test that decides it. Aggregates only, never a browsable ledger of customer activity.
