Humanitarian Response Map
The Humanitarian Response Map is an extent scoreboard for one response: 4,812 sector-by-district cells painted by coverage state, under five large numerals that recompute for whatever districts are on screen. Click a sector chip and the paint, the numerals and the uncovered list all narrow in the same frame. Its protagonist is an absence measured against a published estimate of need — the cells carrying counted people in need that no organisation reports covering.
