Access to Care
Access to Care measures who falls outside a stated access standard, for a chosen service line, on the real road network. A coverage curve carries the answer — the standard drawn across it as a rule you can drag — and the mass beyond it is the deficit, every place on the wrong side named with its population and its nearest open site. It applies both tests: travel, and the population-to-provider ratio. Runs on live California health data.
